Production Process for Printed Aluminum Sheets:

Step 2 Surface Treatment: First, clean the aluminum sheet to remove dirt, oil, and the oxide layer.
Improve adhesion through chemical or mechanical treatment (such as sanding or acid etching).
Step 3 Pretreatment (Coating or Priming): Apply a special coating or primer to enhance ink adhesion and durability. This step prevents corrosion and ensures long-lasting print quality.
Step 4 Image Preparation and Design: The desired image or design is digitized. Color separation and adjustments are performed to meet the final printing specifications.
Step 5 Printing Process: Various methods can be used:
1. UV printing (inkjet printing directly onto the aluminum sheet)
2. Screen printing (suitable for thicker ink layers and high durability)
3. Heat Transfer (transferring ink to coated aluminum sheets via heat transfer)
Step 6 Drying or Curing:
UV ink cures instantly upon exposure to ultraviolet light.
Screen-printed ink may require heat curing.
Heat-transfer prints must be set using a high-temperature press.
Step 7 Cutting and Forming:
Printed aluminum sheets are cut to the desired dimensions using CNC machines, laser equipment, or shearing machines. If necessary, additional forming processes (such as bending or embossing) can be performed.
Step 8 Quality Inspection and Packaging
The final product is inspected for color accuracy, defects, and adhesion strength.
The aluminum sheets are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
